Our Mission Statement By partnering with local growers, our mission is to secure the best, freshest, local, organic-when-possible, ingredients to cook for our customers. Our menu will change regularly to reflect what's best in each season. We have a simple menu for a reason. Instead of purchasing dried pasta, we start with flour and eggs to make our pasta from scratch. Instead of purchasing frozen gnocchi, we peel the potatoes to make our own, fresh, light-and-fluffy, gnocchi. Our chefs create beautiful dishes with flavor that can only come from a recent harvest. When we are unable to secure a local ingredient, we will communicate that to our customers. With the umbrella heading of a farm-to-table restaurant, our chefs are free to create dishes that cross into different ethnic cuisines. However, the majority of our meals are influenced by Italian and American tastes. To celebrate the local community, we also host live music, art exhibitions and meet-the-farmer events. 12 Farms is THAT hidden gem in the little town of Hightstown. We have eaten there a few times and loved it so much that we hosted a private event there this past weekend. Jason, Chelsea and the entire staff at 12 Farms were absolutely a pleasure to work with. All of our guests were so impressed and amazed with all of the work, set up and delicious food and desserts that were beautifully presented to us. The Shrimp and Grits, Wild Boar Eggs Benedict, Cuban, bacon and scones were such a hit with the entire party ! And the desserts !!! So wonderfully made & so delicious ! Chelsea made a parsnip cake that everyone was still talking about for hours after :) So thankful to the entire staff. We highly recommend them if you are thinking of hosting a private event or if you are just looking for delicious food in a welcoming cozy place.

My first time eating here. The food was delicious and they have a friendly staff. The place has that small town charm but most importantly, did I mention great food.

Yes, we do!

Yes BYOB, but they also have bottles of wine available from a local winery.

You are definitely allowed to BYOB. Great restaurant, BTW.

Depending on the size. Less than 20 people would be fine. They do have private events. With enough notice I am sure they could and would accommodate with a special menu as well.

We always have at least one vegan dish available. Our current dish is quinoa with a chimichuri sauce and grilled veggies. Our new menu comes out next week and it will be roasted squash stuffed with farro salad. Also, always ask if we can do something else. Sometimes we can.
